EKEPE Return & Refund Policy

We provide returns on all orders, however, to receive a full refund, all items should be returned to usĀ UNUSEDĀ with all tags still attached and in resalable condition as when you received them with their original packaging. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected on return.

Unused Product Return Conditions
  • Merchandise should be received at our warehouse within 30 days from when it was delivered to you.
  • Merchandise should be received in its original packaging and resalable condition.
  • The consumer is responsible for sending the merchandise back at their cost.
  • Shipping cost for merchandise returned that meets all reimbursement criteria is not refundable under any circumstances.
  • Credit to the original credit card used for the purchase will be issued upon us receiving the merchandise and all conditions have been met.
How Long Will You Get Your Refund?

In general, the refund process can take up to 7-14 business days after our warehouse receives your return. However, we will try our best to confirm your return and get a refund back to you as fast as we can.

Please email us your return tracking number and a response of status will be sent back to you within 24 hours (workdays).
